Our purpose
The Secret Bridge began with a commitment to helping others. That commitment continues as we focus on connecting communities with resources, guidance, and opportunity. Founded by Ricayla Gallop and joined by her best friend and co-founder, Tiffany Branford, The Secret Bridge Foundation brings together their experience, friendship, and shared calling to serve.
Our mission is to connect youth, families, and communities with the resources, education, and support they need to thrive.

Meet the founders
Partners in a shared purpose.

Founder
Ricayla is a North Carolina A&T and Waldorf University graduate with nine years of experience in education administration and workforce support. Her background spans higher education and K–12. Her service includes academic advising, career development, networking, and involvement in leadership and community organizations. She brings guidance, commitment, and problem-solving to The Secret Bridge, with a personal calling to connect underserved communities with resources and opportunity.

Co-founder
Tiffany is a UNCG graduate with over five years of business analysis experience and a background in product ownership, financial services, marketing, and customer experience. Her service includes board leadership, networking events, and a 2026 workplace summit. She brings strategy, organization, and relationship-building to The Secret Bridge, with a passion for supporting individuals and families facing hardship and connecting them to meaningful resources and opportunities.
